Epic Visuals Productions - Terms of Service

1. Booking and Payment:

• - A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit (percentage specified in the contract) are required to secure our services for your event.

• - The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• - The non-refundable deposit will be retained for cancellations.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be communicated in advance.

3. Event Coverage:

• - The agreed-upon hours of coverage will be detailed in the contract.

• Additional hours may incur extra charges.

4. Deliverables:

• - Final edited photos/videos will be delivered within the specified timeframe, and a preview may be provided on the event day if applicable.

5. Client Cooperation:

• - Clients are responsible for ensuring a cooperative and positive atmosphere during the event.

6. Image/Video Usage:

• - Epic Visuals Productions retains the rights to use images/videos for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in the contract.

7. Travel Fees:

• - Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service area of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

8. Force Majeure:

• - In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing fulfillment of the contract, both parties will work together to find a suitable solution.

9. Editing and Style:

• - The editing style of photos/videos is at the discretion of Epic Visuals Productions.

10. Client Satisfaction:

• - We strive to ensure client satisfaction and will address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
